*next cohort begins Spring 2024
The Wounded Creative is an intimate, small-group mentorship program for Creatives who are ready to transform their deepest wounds into their greatest strength.
Embark on a transformative 4-week journey with "The Wounded Creative," a mentorship program designed for creatives ready to transform their deepest wounds into their greatest strength. Tailored for individuals prepared to conquer fears of 'being seen,' perfectionism, and self-doubt, this immersive experience integrates guided discussions on somatic and psychological perspectives—exploring themes surrounding shame, authenticity, and the shadow self. Through somatic awareness practices, journaling, and therapeutic art-making, we will cultivate a supportive space to heal and grow together. “The Wounded Creative” goes beyond breaking personal barriers; it's about embracing vulnerability, cultivating self-compassion, and aligning with one's true creative purpose. By the program's end, we will emerge with renewed confidence, a deeper connection to creativity, and skills to navigate the creative journey with authenticity and purpose. Join us in this empowering exploration of self-discovery and artistic growth – your creative transformation awaits.
