Feral Body: Booty Series

During this class we will enter into the micro and maco cosom of our hips 💫 We will descend into the fertile landscape of our feral nature through embodied movement and dance. There will be space for free form movement and guided exercises, ramping up to low-pressure-high-vibe choreo 🪩 The intention is to allow for more pleasure, power, and playfulness in our embodied experience.

What to expect : 

~ opening circle

~ gentle warmup focusing on subtle hip articulation and isolation, hip openers, and subtle body awareness

~ full bodied movement focusing on shaking, traveling through space, playful exploration
